Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchase

  1. Payment Method
    • The only accepted payment method is Alipay. Cash, bank transfers, or other payment forms will not be accepted.
  2. Ticket Sale Period
    • Sales begin on 13 April 2025, 12:00 (GMT+8) and end on 5 May 2025, 18:30 (GMT+8), unless sold out earlier.
  3. Purchase Limits & Seat Allocation
    • A maximum of 4 tickets may be purchased per transaction.
    • Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis according to the transaction time.
    • No seat selection is available. For purchases of 2 or more tickets, the system will attempt to assign adjacent seats, but in case of limited availability, non-consecutive or odd-numbered seats may be assigned.
  4. No Refunds, Exchanges, or Resale
    • All ticket sales are final. No cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or alterations are permitted.
    • Lost, defaced, or stolen tickets will not be reissued or replaced.
    • Unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to void resold tickets without refund.
  5. Event Admission & Restrictions
    • Some seating areas may have restricted views.
    • The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to intoxicated, inappropriately dressed, or disorderly persons without refund.
  6. Event Changes & Cancellations
    • In case of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions), the Organizer may reschedule or cancel the event. Refund policies (if applicable) will be announced separately.
  7. Accessibility
    • For wheelchair seating or special assistance, please contact the Organizer before purchasing tickets at [email protected].
  8. Data Privacy
    • Personal data collected during purchase will only be used for event-related communication and will not be shared with third parties.
  9. General Terms
    • The Organizer reserves the final right to interpret these Terms & Conditions.
    • Any disputes shall be governed by Hong Kong law, with exclusive jurisdiction in Hong Kong courts.
  10. Venue Regulations
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium.
    • Cans and glass bottles of drinks or food, alcohols are prohibited in the stadium.
    • The ticket holder musth comply with all regulations in the stadium and the instructions by staff.
